A possible move on XAUUSD as it heads towards support

XAUUSD is trapped in a Channel Up formation, implying that a breakout is Imminent. This is a great trade-setup for both trend and swing traders. It is now approaching a resistance line that has been tested in the past. Divergence opportunists may be very optimistic about a possible breakout and this may be the start of a new trend. It may also be that this convergence factor may result in the ideal setup for swing traders that are on the lookout for a possible bounce-back. Whatever happens, an initial move towards 3843.3138 is expected in the short term.

BTCUSD is quickly approaching the resistance line of a Channel Up. We expect either a breakout through this line or a rebound.

A Channel Up pattern was identified on BTCUSD at 114596.82, creating an expectation that it may move to the resistance line at 117422.8726. It may break through that line and continue the bullish trend or it may reverse from that line.
